Sorry I just know saw this...I just received the HMF Replete 2 days

ago & started on it, I'm not sure how many to take daily? with food

or without? I'm getting over another head cold & since yesterday my

ears are ringing & I feel so dizzy as if I've had too much to drink?

Any suggestions on that? I wonder if I have fluid in my inner ear?

As for perricone, I'm interested in which skincare products you've

used, & how would you compare them to MD Forte? I'm also interested

in reading his book, Perricone Promise.
