Mindfulness has helped me enormously, first from reading The Mindfulness Way through Depression by , et al, and then The Happiness Trap, with lots of help from Sogyal Rinpoche and the Rigpa Tibetan Buddhist community in between. So much, that I've just written an article about it for Flourish magazine in Western Australia. Anyway, mindfulness helped me every step of the way, through exaggerated expectations, predictions of missed deadlines, etc. Anyway, what an improvement.
