Guest guest
Interesting, my NK cells are low but the activity is high. I think just detoxing and cleaning up your system is the best medicine for most of what ails us. Guest guest
I have Hashimoto's. It is an autoimmune disease where your body is attacking your thyroid. You should pay attention to it and make sure you are treating it. I myself have been feeling great and hardly notice that I have a disease anymore, but I do think that Hashimoto's, if left untreated, can get worse, and affect your heart. I posted some info on this recently. Definitely read up on your condition, as it is from the implants, is autoimmune in nature, and is considered incurable. Guest guest
Hi Aubrey I suffer with CFS and have read quite a lot about the immune system. I know that if you have low NK cell activity it can leave you at risk of catching infections more easily. I can remember several things that are supposed to raise NK activity. The first one is garlic. It is better to eat it raw but aged garlic is still effective and will apparantely activate the NK cells. It is suggested that you should use quite a lot though I think up to around 5000mg daily of aged (wont do much for your social life unfortunately!!). Another thing that is supposed to help is a supplement called Transfer Factor although this can work out to be pretty expensive if you need to take it long term. And lastly two others that are known about are Vitamin E and a good quality ginseng. I am pretty sure Vitamin C would help too because of its general beneficial effect on the immune system. Oh yes and Acupuncture too! Hope this helps. Louiseauw_bree <auw_bree@...> wrote: Well i finally got my lab results back and my ND went through them with me.
