One other thing, if you do get an antibiotic, get a prescription for Diflucan, if you can tolerate it. I always take it for about 3 weeks after an antibiotic. I always take Zithromax because you only have to take it for a few days. I figure less yeast that way.

-It does sound like you have an infection--perhaps you had a virus and

now it is has turned into an infection. I wouldn't be afraid to get

an antibiotic to treat it with. Especially something like vibramycin

(actually doxycycline) which also is used as part of the antibiotic

protocol for autoimmune disease. It has a lower risk of yeast

infection than many antibiotics and is somewhat specific for sinus

infection---which can go along with the symptoms you mentioned. As

long as you are taking probiotics--like primal defense--you are

probably covered for yeast overgrowth. If you do get on an

antibiotic, make sure not to take it with olive leaf. Olive leaf can

negate the effect of antibiotics. Also, if have you tried large doses

of vit c powder? That has always worked well for me. I would take

like 12 grams or more a day---Ithink 1 tsp is 4 grams. HOpe you feel

better soon.
