I have had a fever for about a month around 100, and had pneumonia, then a sinus infection and yesterday when I went to the doctor he felt a nodule on my thyroid, so now tomorrow I need to get an ultrasound of it. Now that he told me about it, I can clearly see it in my neck (yuck!) My voice has been hoarse for a long time now, and I guess that can be caused by the nodule pressing on my vocal chords.
