Guest guest
Has anyone stayed on the fungal defense for more then one bottle? Is that ok to do. I know you should always take a good probiotic but the fungal defense has the oregano and olive leaf which can act as an antibiotic. I never actually got up to the full dosage of 8 because i would forget to do them at night and morning. I really dont know how much it is helping though. Its been almost a month since explant and for a while i was feeling better as far as my energy goes but it seems like im falling right back to where i used to be. Anyone have any suggestions. I have stopped working so i can rest and be with my daughter, i guess i just thought my energy would have picked up a little bit by now. Thanks Aubrey
Guest guest
just wondering if anyone has had good luck with fungal defense or has anyone not done well with it. I did primal defense for a while but did not do the fungal defense first I did not feel well at all while taking the primal defense. Thanks so much, Stacie Hall gene S <saxony01@...> >Reply- >SiliconeKids <siliconekids >, >< > >Subject: Autism report in Discover magazine >Date: Tue, 20 Mar 2007 20:48:42 -0700 (PDT) >MIME-Version: 1.0 >X-Originating-IP: 209.191.84.217 >X-Sender: saxony01@... >Received: from n17c.bullet.sp1. Guest guest
Stacie, I began taking the Primal Defense about 3 weeks ago. On the bottle it says to start with one a day and work up to 3 a day. I have been fine with 1, but when I take 2 my stomach and intestines seem to go into turmoil. I can only imagine what kind of stuff it is reacting with. I have yet to find the fungal defense... I have taken many probiotics in the past and they can cause tummy upsets while you are gettig used to them. Guest guest
Katy, If you have a serious problem with fungus, you'll probably do better by starting with Fungal Defense. You'll get the best prices at www.appleadayandbeyond.com . . . If you will PHONE your order in, you'll get an addtional discount. You start the same way . . . but . . . work up to 6-8 a day . . . then start Primal Defense the same way. After it's under control, you'll probably find three a day is your maintenance dose. . . Of course, this depends on how closely you follow the diet . . . If I eat something with sugar, I'll up my Primal Defense for a day or so to offset the sugar . . . However, my major problems are behind me. I wouldn't suggest ANY cheating if you're still working on the big issues. And . . . if you find your stomach is distressed at one level, either hold that level, or back down a level until the herx lets up. Once fungal issues are under control, you won't feel any distress from Primal Defense. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Stacie, I've done Fungal Defense several times . . . I think it's outstanding! . . . I say several times, because I thought my issues were behind me and stopped taking Primal Defense . . . WRONG! . . .I had to start all over. I finally ordered a years supply of Primal Defense so I wouldn't be tempted to stop. Fungal Defense is designed to reduce fungal organisms while Primal Defense introduces new ones that will, hopefully, take up residence and reduce your need for probiotics in the future. If you have a fungal problem, you can expect your stomach/gut to feel uneasy for a while . . . this is evidence it's working. If you start with Fungal Defense, Primal Defense shouldn't cause as much discomfort. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Thanks Rogene! This makes sense.. I will try the Fungal Defense and see how that goes. Since I've just been on a round of antibiotics I know I will need some support!! I feel yeasty already! I tend to get 'herxy" very easily. I figured that that was probably why the olive leaf extract and the Primal Defense upset my stomach.
