Guest guest
Hello all : ) I haven't posted much lately due to some stress in my life. I just quit my job to releive me of that stressor, and now I am dealing with trying to get our house ready to put on the market. I'm still feeling pretty great overall, but have noticed a slight decline in the past week. I'm sure it is due to being over stressed and not sticking to a better diet. A few months ago we bought a share in a CSA organic farm and are now starting to receive our weekly deliveries. This will help my eating habits tremendously! The veggies are really wonderful!! I'm taking my olive leaf and primal defense daily and am going to start on a liver support also. I can really tell that I still need more detoxing in my liver. I'm a little more fatigued than I should be and I am still craving sweets. I have started substituting sugar with honey and am trying to cut out high sugar foods. I get a lot of our snack type foods from Trader joes, they tend to be less sweet and salty than regular brands. Anyway, last weekend we took the kids on a canoeing trip. That was so much fun! I never would have considered it while I was sick with implants, I mean being stuck on a river for 2 hours would have sent me over the edge, but I enjoyed every minute of it. The river was very shallow due to lack of rainfall this season so we had to row extra hard in most places. I was totally worn out at the end, but in a good way, not in an overly fatigued way. When we got in the canoe my husband was so concerned about me rowing. I had to yell at him and tell him to just relax and let me have some fun. He's used to me being ill, it's hard to remember that I am better. LOL I went bra shopping finally and didn't buy a single thing! I think I am still a bit deflated. Even though I have a lot there, it isn't filling out properly yet and my nipples still look squished. I didn't like the way any of the bras looked or felt. I'm not overly concerned about it though, I don't wear bras unless I have to. : ) PS... congrats to all our newly explanted members!
