I live in Las Vegas-same as Patty-and every time I see her, your

name comes up-My memory is so bad that I can't remember is I have

written you before. She said that you have done so much research,

and maybe you could give me some advice on sugar problems. I wake up

in the middle of the night and raid the cupboards looking for

anything sweet. Sometimes, my cravings are so bad that I am cranky

with my husband and 3 yr, old. When I do eat sweets, it tastes SO

good. Why can't I crave veggies???

I can't seem to resist breaking down at b-day parties and other

holiday events. I've tried supplements and hypnosis. Even exercize

doesn't help-it used to, before I got sick 5 yrs. ago.

Not only do I feel terrible about myself since my will power is

poor. Also, I have put on an extra 20 lbs. I refuse to buy bigger

clothes because I can't stand to think of me always looking this way.

I could really use you advice-I am always putting my # on here since

I am bad at keeping up with the e-mails. I would really enjoy

talking with you-My # is 702-361-6442-

Love, Daryl
