Daryl, I wrote about the book, The Yeast Syndrome, did you consider getting that book? Very informative.

I've read that Dr.s are giving out antibiotics for every little thing. It's so strange to go to a holistic Dr. who seems so sure and Candida and the next day, going to aD medical Dr. or a hospital who says Candida is a bunch of made up stuff. How could their opinions be so different? And because sweets make me feel so good, of course I wanted to believe it when some Dr.s would say that I don't need to go on a strict Candida diet. I have always been a huge animal lover since I was a little girl and would gag when I tried to eat any kind of animal. I understand why people do it, I just get grossed out whenever I've tried any meat. So this special diet pretty much consists of veggies. With all these sugar cravings, vegies don't have any appeal at all. I have to force it down my throat. My weight has gone up 30 lbs. since I got sick 5

yrs. ago-I have always been very active and never had to worry about a weight problem. I refuse to buy bigger clothes so everything is so tight. I keep thinking that any week now, the cravings will stop and I can wear my clothes again! So now I am small chested and feel overweight as well-My husb. had an affair last year, and that really hurt my self esteem too. I never thought that I could stay with someone who cheated on me, but we went thru a year of therapy, and he is in a men's support group at our church for men who have cheated. I know that our vows said in sickness and in health, but no one thinks that the health problems are going to start so early in your marraige and never go away!Tomorrow is our 7 yr. wedding anniversary and I have been in pain, tired, and depressed almost every day for the past 5 yrs. Being sick has

really taken away my sense of humor. Especially because for 3 yrs. no one could find anything wrong with me! I thought that I was losing my mind. I belong to a fibro group here in Las Vegas (no one there believes in Candida) and at least 1/2 of their husbands have left them because of their illness. Yes, I read it too, but the Yeast Syndrome is smaller and easier to read, in my opinion. I was just wondering though if Daryl read about it in my post to her....Lynda <coss@...> wrote:
