Guest guest
Hi, We have not purchased a house yet and am staying in Kingman Arizona temporarily. Kingman is about 90 minutes from , a suburb or Las Vegas. Las Vegas is huge. There are homes everywhere and we need to figure out the best place to live that is affordable in a good neighborhood and close to the airport. The size of the house is also a factor. I think we will look for a few more months and make a decision soon. Kingman is a good stop because it is slow here and we have several friends that live here. It is a little too far away from " things " for me though. I do drink alot of water but probably still eat too much sugar. It is easier to eat what the kids are eating because I am so tired and lightheaded. I promised myself that I would start juicing vegetables again this weekend and eating more protein. I wish I had a diet to follow although I do not have a weight problem. I seem to eat whatever is easiest to grab and it is a very bad habit. It seems that several people on this website are happy with the Healthmate. I have seen it advertised in some of my natural health magazines. I will check it out.. I am hoping that the infrared makes a significant difference in my health. Although I am better than I was 3 years ago it seems like I have not seen significant improvement in the last 9 months. Thanks and with warm regards, GT --- Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: > GT, > > Have you located a house yet? > > The Healthmate has a lifetime warranty on the > lights. > . . Guest guest
la, Stress plays a huge role in our health . . . I suspect the stress of making major changes and moving has been holding you back. Get rid of the sugar and see how much improvement you make. That's a huge one . . . For me, 12 year post-explant I STILL have major problems if I eat sweets! Kenda posted a message last night that has a seven day detox diet in it. It looks pretty easy to follow. Certainly not stressful with a bunch of new foods! Big hugs, Rogene --- la Todarello <tasslekitty@...> wrote: > Hi, > > We have not purchased a house yet and am staying in > Kingman Arizona temporarily.
