Guest guest
Thanks Lea, ============================ It will be possible to examine your implants to identify a manufacturer, as well as to establish their condition. Information on sending pathological material to Innoval is provided. A copy of this document can be issued to the explanting facility to ensure that the material is preserved and sent according to your directions. Findings from the examination of your pathological material may reveal information necessary for continuing health care needs. Also included is a Type of Reports appendix. It outlines the different reports that can be prepared and the range of costs. When our implants have been examined, a letter will be sent to you identifying the specimens and requesting your directives (written or faxed) as to the type of report you would like. Based on your directives, the requested report will be prepared and an invoice sent to you. Upon payment, the report will be sent by mail.
