Hi Jen,

I’d take a decongestant and all of the products I mentioned earlier today for infection and immune boosting. I’m assuming that the fluid isn’t infected since your doc didn’t give you an antibiotic?

Hi Jen,

I had fluid in the inner ear. Not both like you just one. It was twice, one time I had a bad cold and the other time was due to allergies. I wasn't dizzy with it though. Hope you are feeling better.

I heard that they do not suggest giving antibiotics for sinus infections any longer. The last one I had I was not given antibiotics. All OTC meds. I'll try and find the article. At the time when I was diagnosed with a sinus infection I thought that it was odd not to give an antibiotic but then read that it is no longer the treatment for it.

I'm sure each doctor has their own protocol. I'll find the article because alot of women on this site shouldn't be on antibiotics unless absolutely necessary because of the candida problems that it causes.

My dr only prescribed Sudafed (OTC) Afrin Nasal Spray (OTC) and 1

prescription for motion sickness that I didn't even get filled. I'm

feeling alot better with no more dizziness...man that was horrible!

Mayo Clinic says many (most) allergies and lots of sinus problems are from

molds.

I had the vertigo when I was younger but not since. I know how bad it can be. I'm really glad to hear that you are feeling better.

I read your other posting about your immune system. Kenda's doctor might have something better but I take Ester-C and Grape Seed Extract. Just a thought.

Yes, that was what I was given. They say that a sinus infection is very hard to get rid of so you would think that antibiotics would be the way to go. I'm still trying to find that article as I was really surprised by it. I can tell you that my sinus infections have become much worse since implant. But with the decongestants, they seem to clear up much more quickly.

Hi Jen,

The netipot will work wonders to clear the stuff out of your head. Since I see Dr. Leu too, I don’t take antibiotics for sinus infections, I take all natural products. If you take them when you first feel sick, the illness most often doesn’t progress. I’ll give you the list in a personal email. I keep all of them on hand just in case.

Hi Kendal,

The last sinus infection that I had was treated with very strong antibiotics because it wouldnt clear up. My doctor had first tried the decongestants, but after it continued for almost a month, she placed me on antibiotics for a period of three weeks! Since then, I have been ok (knock on wood!) But I think these implants are causing our immune systems to wear down to the point that we can not fight off infections. Our antibodies are too busy fighting off the toxic foreign bodies in our body.

Absolutely! I've been taking supplements. I think that has helped me as I see that others are much worse than me as far as health goes. Have you gotten your implants out yet? I'm looking into Dr. Feng or the one in Colorado. Dr. Huang? I believe? From what I'm reading, seems like these are the two that would be right for me.
