Garden of Life Primal Defense yet? I'm just wondering how it compares

to the HMF Replete one you were taking! I need to reorder & I'm not

sure which one to go with, I also need something for candida. Any

suggestions off the rockwell nutrition site?

I have been on it for a few days. I didn’t herx on it with the starting dosage so I increased it and still feel fine. You might try the Rockwell products to see which you like better. I know the Maker’s Diet refers to the soil organisms and the Rockwell products don’t have them. I used the HMF Replete and always noticed results from it. If you email Rockwell, they will make suggestions for you.

I don’t know about acne and candida, I haven’t had acne as a result of it myself. I’d still do a hormone panel to be sure it isn’t your hormones. It’s a simple saliva test taken on the 20th day of your cycle.
