Thanks, Shari.

Today it is really dawning on me. I think I was in shock yesterday.

Sue,

I had the same kind of episodes when I still had implants. I would wake up with tachycardia and the feeling I couldn't breathe properly. I did go to the ER a few times, and eventually it would slow down on its own.

Excuse my bad memory, but have you had your implants removed? It could be a symptom of toxicity, from the implants(if you still have them), or leftover from when you had them. SInce explant, I have not had any more episodes.

Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Lynda,

its stopped thank goddness. This is the third time I have had this, its horrible as it wakes me and its more scary in the dead of night for some reason.I think I should see my Dr after christmas to get it checked. I dont think its a panic attack as I have them as well and its different.

Thanks Lynda

Love Sue

Sue, You might try staying in your sauna as long as you comfortably can. I find that my breathing is easier after a sauna session. Yes, that was different than the other panic attack I had, as well,

but that was what it was.

Hope they go away.
