Matty, my boy.... feel free to post your journal entries as-is, but

if you are going to use potty words, I'm gonna have to ask you to

post a note either to the list, or maybe just at the top of your

entry " warning... curse words within " . Okay?

BTW, good on ya for going for the gold this time. Now go kick some

booty.

Matt,

I am truly encouraged by your motivation to win and I really enjoy

reading all these posts of tribulations and triumphs. They help me

maintain my hope for a better self.

I have 8 children that are free to look over dad's shoulder at whatever

he is doing or involved with, and I do get concerned when this type of

language is felt needed to express yourself. I just do not want them

seeing the words and developing bad habits.

If you absolutely need to express yourself with the foul language, maybe

you can just add the cartoon encryption ($ & #*) and avoid the mail

filtering / attachment issue altogether. Otherwise, the warning will be

sufficient, and I will be sure to delete the attachments.
