Guest guest
Just a routine appointmant but my first since being dx. It was kinda frustrating, almost everthing we talked about ended with him saying , " of course that could be cause you are pg " I guess in a way thats true. i wish i would have spoken up more about my fatigue , but can do that next time. I have had dibilitating fatigue for years, not just recently. but he did say we can treat fatigue, but i am guessing you don't want to take anything while you are pg, wich is true. I was happy that he sat and really listened to my questions and concerns, i didn't feel a bit rushed. I was a little worried because he told me ( in response to a question about whether heat caused relapses) that there are more cases of ms close to the equator then far away, i didn't say anything but i was almost sure ( these days i don't argue any point without going back to recheck it ) that was backwards and it is. I am trying to remeber that dr are human and people can get things mixed up, but i am kida afrais that there might be other things he has wrong too. ugh. I thought about trying to find another neuro but as i am self pay i don't know if i would be accepted anywhere else. I have a feeling he is new out of college or whatever they do just before they get a position at a hospital, i know he is new at the hospital. well guess i ought to try to go back to sleep jennifer
Guest guest
{{{{{{{{}}}}}}}} Ah, yes, the lovely dismissal in the form of "not everything is MS". <gg> You tend to know when it is and when it's PG, eh? <g> Yup, the equator thing is backwards, but for the life of me it sounded right at first. LOL It wasn't until I remembered Vit D that it flipped straight forward in my head. LOL Heat is a common trigger, you're right. ) Resident?
