To clean the liver?

Detox, detox, detox . . . There are some supplements

that encourage your liver to give up it's gunk.

www.curezone.com has a number of liver flushes listed,

plus a good Q & A section.

Think of the liver as a processing plant . . .

Everything goes well until it gets overloaded, then

things get bogged down and waste starts building up.

The idea of detoxing your liver is to get it to

release the waste products stored there. Then the

blood can circulate the way it should.

The subject of diet came up earlier . . . Most people

can do OK on a poor diet - at least for most of their

life. However, those of us who have been poisoned by

breast implants, or other environmental exposures,

find that we do much better by eating an extremely

healthy diet.

If eating healthy and detoxing can make one look good,

Patty is a testament to that! She looks more than half

her age . . . and has the energy to boot! Listen to

that lady!

Hugs,

Rogene
