Guest guest
Okay....the question on herbal breast enhancement pills....it's been a long time, but I have to admit that I did look into these things a few years ago. I looked into everything possible regarding breast enhancement, because I wanted to know what alternatives were out there. I am sure that there are quite a few of us who have felt sorrow over the loss of our breast implants, because we did enjoy a fuller bustline. I will admit to that. Implants failed me. The question was, is there anything else out there that worked? Was it safe? I looked into many different things. I guess I am glad I did....I became quite informed! I looked into the Brava System (scam), herbals (found possibilities), breast enlargement pills (many of these used herbals, but also hormones from animals which can be dangerous and actually REDUCE breast size), hypnosis (there is some evidence that this has worked on some women, crazy as it sounds) and suggestive thinking (similar to hypnosis). I bought a book called " Natural Bust Enlargement with Total Mind Power " by , MD. I bought CD's and made my own CD's for suggestive thinking and hypnosis. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to put it to a real test. I loved the idea that herbs could help with health, and also possibly enhance the bustline, because I was totally into natural, God given plant foods. There was a group I joined on another forum, where I actually found women who had experienced success with herbal pills for enlargement. Later, one of those women joined Saline support for a few weeks when her sister went ahead and got implants, and she was very concerned about her. She posted about her success in using herbs, going from I think an A to a small D. I'll see if I can find her post in our archives. she even had people accuse her of getting implants because she grew so well, but she ended up posting her before and after pics on her group to prove that she still had her natural breasts, sag and all. They definitely looked bigger. My experience was that the herbal pills did not enlarge my breasts, but I did feel a sense of fullness in them, and got some tingling. The downside is that you had to take many, many pills--like 3 or 4 different kinds 3 or 4 times a day, and 3 or 4 at a time. It was alot of pills, and I got to the point of getting sick of taking the pills. I know that my hormones were affected, because my period started to change a little. Then came the downside. For women like me with autoimmune problems due to implants, there is a risk of making our symptoms worse, because herbals do affect our hormones. Estrogen dominance can make autoimmune symptoms worse. You can find lots of info on the net about this. So, in the interest of my health, I decided to stop taking the herbals. The last thing I wanted to do was bring back any of my symptoms of illness through messing with my hormones. Bigger boobs definitely weren't worth that! The bottom line is that I learned to appreciate myself for what I have now. I had to give up on the idea of ever having larger breasts and just get over it all. I just have too many other things in life to live for! There are many scams out there because let's face it--many women are willing to try anything to get larger breasts. That was one more thing...I didn't want to just fill anyone's pockets by paying big bucks for their " proprietary blend " herbal pills. I went out and bought the real thing, bottle by bottle. Things like Fenugreek, Fennel, Saw Palmetto and others. I bought wildcrafted herbs to make sure I was getting the real thing and paying a fair price for them. It's an interesting subject, but we can get off on tangents about it and become obsessed. I've seen women do that and end up worse off because of it. Beware of that danger. Otherwise, I don't see any problem with giving the herbals a try, as long as you know when to call it quits if it isn't working.
