Hi ,

You are right, we do tend to believe what we read in the press and of course it isn’t all correct. I, for one, don’t think any less of a celebrity, or any of you here, for having implanted themselves. Celebrities are human too and have the same frailties the rest of us have, maybe even more so. It’s a shame women feel the need to look “better” than we feel like we do. If we would all accept ourselves as we are it would be a lot healthier for each of us.

Kenda

She filmed that video when she was 15 years old. Of course she got

bigger since then.

I have worked with, and personally been in rooms with, more

celebrities than I can count. I can't stand it when rumors are

spread without any proof. These are people that we glorify and then

rip apart. People like ourselves with loved ones and children of

their own. Hollywood has done no one a service by glamourizing

plastic surgery and we are all victims of it. But that does not mean

that everyone in Hollywood has fallen prey to this phenomena. Most

of the people we have mentioned have had long standing successful

careers. It's women like me who were just starting out that went the

plastic surgery route thinking it was going to get the jobs.

Unfortunately during that time frame it was true. The early nineties

were the worst of times in Hollywood when it came to being big

breasted. I can show you a web site that will state any opinion of

any side of any subject... therefore they are NOT all true! We do

not need to drag down celebrities just because we have been hurt by

their image. They are not responsible for their own publicity most

of the time. You've all seen what paparazzi can do! Please please

please ladies, do not fall into the trap of believing all this

nonsense about famous people. If you had a chance to know any of

them personally you would see things entirely differently.

I was born and raised in Southern California and can totally relate to the environment you are describing. I moved to Oklahoma 18 years ago, just after getting married, and what a difference!

Kenda

Thank you Kenda. I agree that we need to accept ourselves as we are.

I have lived in an incredibly bad enviornment around Hollywood and

learned many bad habits. One of them was being overly judgemental

when I had no right to be. Moving to Ohio was a severe culture shock

for me, but it put a lot into perspective. I grew up with every one

of my friends being anorexic and bulemic. I worked around women who

were so catty it was disgusting! They would talk trash about each

other constanly, all because they were unhappy with themselves. I

may wish that I could change X Y or Z about myself, but that doesn't

give me any right to smear someone else just because they have or

haven't got what I want. I don't think it's right for any of us to

smear celebrities because they may or may not have implants. I have

worked with celebrities who were incredibly famous, but were the

biggest A**holes on earth. I've also worked with some who were nicer

to me than my own family. You cannot judge someone until you know

them personally.

Patty is correct, implants cannot always be detected in clothing. I

have seen thousands of naked women, sharing dressing rooms as an

actress, model, and dancer, and it is only then that you can really

tell. With the right push-up bra, a natural breast can appear fake.
