what is the proper way to measure bra size? One way I measured & got

a

B cup, the other way an A cup, and another by measuring the width of

my breasts a C cup because mine are 9in in width? I know the C bra

size can't be correct!

Thanks I want to make sure I'm wearing the correct size bra!

I am not sure but if you go into a nicer store like macy's or Vic secret, etc., they will measure you there properly. I also was wearing the wrong bra for months after explant and wondered why I hurt all the time.... I found some bras at Dillards' that had half sizes that are comfy and work well for me as I am not quite an A now... for what ever reason, after implant removal one breast is larger than the other and sags a little - the other is perfect. I think it is because one of my implants upon removal had 30cc's less fluid in it and we had no idea how long that had been that way so the other breast is 1/2 size bigger now. Anyways I still can not wear any type of underwire either - of course you may need it I am not sure. I surely don't anymore! (and happy about it!!! - never wore it before implants as I was a AA and hated it after as a C).

I would go get properly measured - it did wonders for me. As a matter of a fact, I just remembered my sister recently did the same - she is large busted - (don't ask me where that came from-I always hated that!). she had always (since her babies were born) worn a

40C.... she got measured properly finally at Vic Secret and they said she was a like a 36DD. She bought that size elsewhere and is much happier with the fit. She looks much better now in clothing also.

hope this helps
