Guest guest
actually not true from anything I have read (you may need to reference where you got this) bacteria and yeast work in one space of one is cleaned out (lets say bacteria for instance) then yeast will move over and take up it's spot it left open. if yeast is wiped out bad bacteria will compete with good bacteria to take IT"S place. (in our kids the good is low- which is why often bad bacteria will take it's place, clostrida is a common one we will see do this) Recovering from Autism is a marathonNOT a sprint, but FULLY possible!Read more about it on my BLOGs athttp://www.myspace.com/christelkinghttp://foggyrock.com/MyPage/recoveringwisheshttp://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=677063169 Re: OLE question - Please help Yeast eats dead bacteria. So, given that, while you are going thru a massive die-off of bacteria, you are also feeding the yeast. When the major die-off is gone, yeast symptoms will decrease as well, as long as you are treating for yeast. It does kill some good bacteria, but doesn't do a clean sweep like antibiotics.>> Hi all, Does olive leaf extract kill good gut bacteria as well? Guest guest
you're right...I was remembering it wrong....yeast eats dead yeast. > > > > Hi all, Does olive leaf extract kill good gut bacteria as well? Guest guest
if OLE fights off bacteria it makes ROOM for yeast, and viruses shedding scew the immune system for yeast to thrive Recovering from Autism is a marathonNOT a sprint, but FULLY possible!Read more about it on my BLOGs athttp://www.myspace.com/christelkinghttp://foggyrock.com/MyPage/recoveringwisheshttp://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=677063169 Re: OLE question - Please help While OLE itself does not increase yeast, the die off of certain bacteria and viruses do feed yeast. I think that OLE is more effective dosed more frequently, like 3x/day. Consider at least, splitting the dose and giving twice. When a supplement is working for my son, I keep increasing the dose until no more gains are visible or negatives are seen and then I back off.Caryn>> Hi all, Does olive leaf extract kill good gut bacteria as well? Guest guest
Yes, I know this is the DAN theory, but not everyone agrees with it. This works to some extent for gut bugs -- to assume there would be repopulation in a proportionate amount to what is remaining, but beyond that it is not logical. There is no fixed quantity of living things in our bodies. If you look at a swab from your body fluids it can sometimes contain a lot of living organisms or very little. Many believe rather that more begets more. Meaning the more compromised the immune system the more prevalent every other type of infection in the body and the greater the total quantity. Guest guest
well of course, if you have a compremised immune system that tells you, you dont have the ability to stastain balence and the good guys aren't sticking to KEEP things in balence, it still all makes sense. if you can balenece it you would no longer HAVE a compremised immune system, after all that is HOW it got that way. over run with viruses via vaccinations while fighting allergies and antibodies going crazy with allergic reactions, then getting ear infections from that, going on antibotics that wipe out good flora, allowing for yeast over growth just in time for the next round of shots......OR throw some metals in there as well to throw off MORE systems and some tylonal to shut down glutathione to detox it and you have a stew in there to KILL the immune system and throw it all out the door, baby AND bath water Recovering from Autism is a marathonNOT a sprint, but FULLY possible!Read more about it on my BLOGs athttp://www.myspace.com/christelkinghttp://foggyrock.com/MyPage/recoveringwisheshttp://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=677063169 Re: OLE question - Please help Yes, I know this is the DAN theory, but not everyone agrees with it.
