Hello Kenda,

In response to your question I have taken " Basic Herbalism 101 "

through Australasian Herbal College. You can type in their name and

the web site will come up. I think the basic course in herbalism is

beneficial and I highly recommend it. Australasian also has " Herbalism

201 " and " Herbalism 401 (master herbalist) " . I have applied for their

yearly scholarship in the hopes that I may be able to take the master

herbalist program. I took the basic 101 through Australasian (in 2000)

after researching all the schools that offered such courses. I chose

Australasian because they were listed with the American Herbalist

Guild, which is the institution practicing master herbalists should be

registered with. I think that my knowlege of herbs, diet and wellness

has saved me from possibly being in worse condition than I am, but as

Shari replied to me earlier, no amount of naturopathy can stop the

toxic effects of the saline implants that I have (I got them before I

became totally consumed by natural health and wellness). I hope all is

well...

Hi Carol!

Thank you for writing back. It’s so funny that you went to Australasian Herbal College. I was researching one night for schools and I ordered their brochure, I have it in a drawer. I didn’t know if they were reputable or not, not having researched about the college itself. I was also interested in their aromatherapy courses because I am a homemade soap maker as well. What type of information did Basic Herbalism 101 teach? Was it all on the internet? Is it very expensive? Sorry about all of the questions but I am really interested now.
