so maybe in a covered bowl on top of the fridge might do? or in a deyhdrator?

Shanthi, would you be willing (have time) to share other ways of culturing

probiotics to extend the life of the (expensive) bottle? I'm interested in what

everyone's favorite probiotics are. I'm using bio-kult now.
