Rogene,

Thanks for the support! I have applied for a scholarship for master

herbalist through Australasian Herbal college, because I believe that

herbs and supplements have saved me from totally destroying myself with

these moldy sacs still taking residence in my chest (but not for too

much longer if I can help it!). I think that, as you may feel, it will

be the wave of future medicine, I hope. I am concerned about any

ruling by the FDA about herbal supplements because they would love to

take our right to choose natural remedies away from us. After all, the

FDA IS receiving some incentive and pressure from lawmakers and their

pharmecutical blood lines to keep the big drug companies in billion-

dollar bliss. I have fallen victim to the antibiotic merry-go-round

that, as you may remember from my first posting, I have been on for

many years. I have resisted the offering of many drugs from

conventional physicians (Vioxx, celebrx, flonase, nexium,

amitryptolene, prescription-strength ibuprofen, zoloft, and gosh, more

than I can recall!). I found the naturopath this July through the ACAM

website, that is, The American College of Alternative Medicine. I am

still reeling from the lupus diagnosis, but I am learning as much as I

cacan about it and with the kind support I am receiving here I believe

my my condition will improve after I get them out.

Take care and God bless,

Carol
