Guest guest
Hi ! I am so happy you are continuing to do well. I guess I will be 5 weeks on Friday! I also am doing well. I just got in from a 3 mile walk. Feels so good to start in again. I am going to see a natural doctor next Wednesday. It will be interesting to see what he thinks. I really don't have any pain. I was left with all my sensations. I really never lost any with implanting. My scars underneath are looking better to. I still am putting a vitamin e oil mixture on every morning and evening. As far as detoxing, I finished fungal defense yesterday, and am going to start primal tonight along with the olive leaf oil. It is hard to not eat what you want. I have had a couple slips, but I'm not going to beat my self up about it. We are humans! I'm doing the best I can, but I have made many changes in my diet. I also have been really hungry and also horny I might add! Ha Ha! This is all a good thing! Well , take care I'll talk to you again soon. Love Kim... Guest guest
--- So about how long did it take for you guys to feel well after explant. I know its only been 6 days but i feel horrible. Im so damn dizzy that im scared to drive and the depression is just killing me. I only took the pain meds for the first two days so i dont have a lot of pain. I guess i was wondering when some of your energy came back? I had a blood panel done and supprisingly it looked better then it did a year ago! I also sent out for the blood test from immunoscience lab that Lynda was talking about. Im on my fourth day of the Fungal defense, could that be making me weak and dizzy, or giving me the major runs, sorry to be gross but i can barely make it to teh bathroom, and i even had hydrocolontherapy today so there shouldnt be much left in there. About how long do these dressing tape things need to stay on cause god damn they itch? Sorry for all the questions In , " bluejayfauxpainter " <bluejayfauxpainter@y...> wrote: > Hi ! Guest guest
I'm sorry you're feeling so bad . . . It sounds like you're having a really heavy herx. The good news is that, when you do start feeling better, you should feel better than you have in a long time. Fungal Defense is apparently doing it's job - Getting your gut " cleaned out " is not as important as killing off the negative organisms throughout your body. Look at is as though the Fungal Defense is waging all out war with the bad stuff! It can make you feel awful! . .. . However, the idea is to manage detoxing so, that while you can feel something going on, you can still function. . . If you continue to herx badly, it won't be long before you can't bring yourself to do any more detoxing! Don't let that happen! The next step is putting the beneficial organisms back into your body. It will take some time (months or years), but these organisms will eventually be able to control the negative organisms with just an occasional boost. Be sure to watch your diet carefully. It's not a matter of how much you eat, but what you eat! Easy on the sweet fruits right now, but otherwise, you can eat all the organic vegetables, whole grains and healthy meats you want. The idea is that you don't want to feed the negative stuff what they want (like sugar and refined grains), so they will die off! Patty is good at fasting . . . Fasting deprives the negative stuff of food, and they die off even better. However, your body has just been through surgery. Your priority needs to be on healing right now! I hope this helps! . . . Drink plenty of water to flush those toxins out . . . Mini mun of 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight per day! Be patient, rest and be good to yourself. Healing takes more time than you're giving yourself. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
--- Yeah im actually doing really well with diet, i stay away from sugar. even fruits. I have mostly been eating scrambled eggs, tuna and hamburgers wrapped in lettuce, i have never been able to resist sugars but for some reason i am doing excellent. I will try to rest as much as possible, i guess im just in a hurry to get well again. In , Rogene S <saxony01@y...> wrote: > I'm sorry you're feeling so bad . . . Guest guest
GREAT!!! It takes time, but I have noticed a BIG change in the way I feel by staying on this diet. And it gets easier as time goes by! I craved sugars and starches---now I look at them and see PAIN and Fatigue written all over them.. LOL Keep up the good work!! HUGS! Guest guest
Hi Yes the detoxing could cause those symptoms. Some people, especially those very sensitive to candida, will react that way. I am one of them and fungal defense is far too strong for me. I had to use primal defense only. You have to remember fungal defense has several fungal and pathogenic killers in it. I used ot get very depressed when taking anything that kills candida and I used to also get dizzy and profoundly pass out like fatigue. I still get those symptoms but not nearly as badly when I take fungal killers. When I take olive leaf extract I can get terrible pain everywhere. Yet coconut oil just makes me very tired. Oil of oregano makes my bowels move but doesn't give me diarhea nor other symptoms. So every supplement we take can cause a different reaction in you. As far as the colon hydrotherapy, that can cause a herx reaction as well--even a pretty severe one. I really think that is too much and wouldn't do the hydotherapy at this point. That is only my opinion. IN addition, if not done correctly they can harmful. I would cut back or stop everything you are doing for several days and see if you can't get your symptoms to settle down some. If your body can't eliminate all the toxins being released, they will make you sick and that isn'ta good thing. Detoxing can be a real balancing act between too much and too little. I hope you feel better soon. Hugs, kathy > > Hi ! I am so happy you are continuing to do well. I > guess I > > will be 5 weeks on Friday! I also am doing well. I just got in > from a > > 3 mile walk.
