Guest guest
Hi ! I'm just wondering if anyones incision felt raised, almost feels like a keloid. It has been 7 days since explant. I can't remember what it felt like when I was implanted. The incisions I had looked great. I just can't remember. If anyone one can help I would appreciate it! My incisions are under the breast. Also is it normal for the breasts to itch? Maybe sign of healing? Thanks Kim..
Guest guest
Hello dear Kim!! Both those sound normal. Once all of your bandaging is off use pure vitamin E oil on your incision scar twice a day for at least a month. That is a wonderful way to heal a scar so that it isn't as large or noticable. I did that with my implant scars and they were barely visible, Dr. Feng even asked me where they were! So how are you feeling? I'm feeling wonderful! I'm still a little swollen and all covered in bangades which are getting uncomfy. I went to a friends house yesterday for a Midsummer party and was there for over 4 hours. Everyone was gentle with their hugs and I was forced to sit in the comfy chair, so I was feeling really great even when we left. I just had to go out and do something though, because I feel too good to sit at home anymore! I will admit that I am not ready to go back to the stress of working just yet, not until next week. We are picking up my girls today. I've never been away from them this long since their birth! We dropped them off on Tuesday morning before the drive up, so they haven't seen me yet. I can't wait to go run in the park with them.... but I know, not yet. I can just feel already that I am going to be able to do those things though. Yesterday I caught the Divine Secrets of the YA-YA Sisterhood on TV. It's all about a mother daughter relationship, and travels back in time a lot. Anyway, I couldn't help but feel emotional while watching that because I was seeing a little of myself in it. I have been unable to do so many things that a mother should be able to do. I would get angry so easily because I felt so miserable all of the time! I am very glad that my kids are still young enough that I can hopefully make-up for the lost time with them. Big Hugs, > Hi !
