Well,

Are you asking because of the typing test. Because if you are, I'd have to

say

that they wouldn't be relevant to the test. Second, all of that info should be

contained in your training. In any event;

CAD = Computer Aided Dispatch

NCIC = National Crime Information Computer (i think)

Cant say how it is out your way. Here in the Golden West, Oral

Boards are not allowed to ask questions that an applicant could not

reasonable have knowledge of. Meaning no direct questions about the job

duties.

I can guess it is the same where you are but that's only a guess.
