Hi Kathy! I read you only take 1 living milti vitamin a day. Do you

get a herx from taking more? When I ordered it I figured you would

take one like other vitamins. I was kind of bummed you need to take 9

a day. Thats going to get expensive! I am currently taking 3 a day

right now. Do you also take primal defense with that? Stay Well, Kim..

Yes I herx to all of their products except primal defense. I used

to herx to that but don't anymore. I think their products are high

quality --I really herx the worst to perfect food. Yes, they are

expensive. I think that I would start out low. Like I mentioned, I

have seen a difference with my daughter only taking 2 a day. I may

never work up to the full amount. It doesn't really matter as long

as I see a benefit from them. If you read the label, you will see

that they have covered most of the bases with this product. It

contains alot of things that his individual supplements have them.

I think this supplement goes way beyond a normal

multivitamin/mineral supplement and everything in it is organic and

processed in a predigested enzyme process that breaks it down and

makes it easier for the body to utilize and assimilate. I think 3 a

day would be a great start if you can tolerate them.
