Hope this doesn't gross you out . . . but Primal

Defense is made from soil organisms! . . . the same

ones that we would find in/on our foods if they were

grown organically in healthy soil!

Hi Rogene,

I just started reading the Maker’s Diet. Are these the same type soil organisms the author refers to?

I’m leaving for my last trip this summer. I’ll be leaving tomorrow for a week in Colorado. If anyone has questions for me, I’ll answer them as soon as I get back.

Yep . . . those are the same organisms!

When I was a kid I had a cousin who was a very sickly

child . . . One day she was found outside eating mud .

.. . After that, her health problems disappeared!

I was telling one of our square dance friends about

this . . . She told me that, when she was pregnant,

she craved eating dirt . . . and did just that. When

her daughter was grown and pregnant, she did the same

thing!
