complaint against him but was stopped by the Plaintiff's Bar who were afraid

this would anger the appellate judges. Regard your doctor, tell him that

you are aware of the fact that he risks losing his license if he admits the

obvious, silicone gel is dangerous. This is because the manufacturer's lobby

group called the Chemical Manufacturer's Association (CMA) polices the state

medical boards in order to mount attacks against the licenses of physicians

who claim that their clients products are defective. Their tactics are

simple, if a physician has 2000 patients and can please only 95% of them the

CMA can parade 100 disgrunteled patients in front of the medical board

stating that the doctor is bad. The CMA is very powerful in American

medicine today. I know because I was a member of the California Medical

Board for over a decade and saw the CMA at work many times. Tell your

doctor to contact me. Tell him it is now OK to say bad things about silicone
