I had one that I was taking before the Vitamedica, but on the vitamedica my IBS has calmed down tremendously! Now this is a very powerful multi for surgery only and not something I can maintain. Besides it has no E in it. So I am wondering, if there is a good daily multi that I can find that will produce similar results with my IBS. I was on Nature's Way once a day. It has such great things in it. I think it is worth the price. If you get it one of the cheapest sites I have found is appleadayandbeyond.com.
