that makes me look rounded & not pointy but yet has alittle padding?

Is this possible? Lately I've been wishing I could've kept my

implants

in, as I hate my smaller breasts :(

What celebs have smaller breasts? What about Crawford or

Charlize Theron? What size are they? A's?
