Questions on saline explantation

I have had saline breast implants for approximately 8 years ( Mcghan

486/300 cc ) and for the last 2 years I have have been experiencing

weird things happened on my body, and I am still not sure they were

cause by implants. However, I will be havig the implants removed

permantently and maybe breast lift by the end of this month. My

questions to you and/or other women who may have exprienced similar

concerns are:

1. when I had the surgery to put in the implants 8 years ago, it was

so much pain than I had ever been told. I was not prepared for that

kind of pain, but I went back to work within 4 days rest (I was in

pain, but I needed money to pay for bills). The question is right

after explantation/lift will the pain as bad as when I placed them on

my breasts?

2. Can I reasonably expect that the pain will end after

explantation/lift?
