I feel same, and I plan begin my career in IT at 30s now, (I did got degree in

IT years ago but didn't do it) It's a little bit uncomfortable to find the guys

training with me are 20 something. and I am only woman in training class.

however I let myself OK with that uncomfortable feeling.

I stuck my life so long, I did freelance work for years, It was OK for me

before, however, may be I love myself more than before, I feel I definitely

deserve better.
