Be sure to drink lots and lots of water . . . Patty

says when she gets a UTI, she takes a gallon of water

to the bathroom with her . . . just drinks and pees

until she feels better!

They know that the amonut of silicone passed in urine

peaks at the time of explant. . . Silicone in the

urine can irritate the bladder . . . so keep it as

diluted as possible!

I'm in Tulsa . . . in a very warm hotel lobby! Time to

go to my room!
