I hope you have been checked by a doctor concerning the more

difficulty breathing. Liver patients can develop pneumonia

very easily, even if they have pulmonary disease already.

There is one thing that I need to inform people about who

are liver transplant patients and also, those who do have

liver disease. Make sure the air conditioner is clean every

year. Take the front cover off and Wash it out and use lysol spray. Bacteria

can develop in an air conditioner and you can breathe it in unknowingly and

become sick.

We have an air conditioner, we keep it on our porch and cover

it when the season is over. A mouse got through the tiniest

little vents...how it did this, I have no idea.

Sorry to keep you in suspense. He said that portal hypertension is causing all

of my problems. I need to learn to get up slowly, use the oxygen if I get dizzy,

(my pulse ox dropped in to the 80s and they got concerned), I have a backleaking

tricuspid valve, but nothing major today, and quite a murmer, which is because

of fast moving blood, a lot of ejection from the heart, which fits with the

pulmonologists theory that my blood vessles in my lungs are dialated, causing my

blood to flow too fast. This is caused by a list of known vaso-dilators which

are not getting cleared by my liver enough.

He said that I had enough health issues and didnt need to see me back unless I

had any other problems. I am glad to cross this cardiologist off the list of

" ists " .

Thanks for caring. Love, your brother, Bobby

Bobby - sorry for the deficiencies in your heart and lungs, but glad he

didn't find anything of immediate need for major treatment. He is right,

you have enough problems without adding more. I have crossed some ists off

my list too because the problems weren't major enough to worry about with

everything else. We all care. Jan H
