Guest guest
Daryl, If you take one day at a time, and slowly eliminate the foods that feed yeast, the cravings will gradually go away. The South Beach Diet book has a good, balanced diet that eliminates simple carbs, with directions and easy recipes to follow. My sister followed it for a few months and it really helped her to keep her meals in check and lose some weight. Before she started the diet, she could barely boil water and didn’t know anything at all about proper nutrition. Kenda Daryl has the book....I gave it to her. What Daryl needs help with is motivation. Maybe we can take turns calling her and letting her know that she isn't alone and that we are concerned about her! She's probably feeling very alone in her marriage and with her illness. She's also been to lots of docs....she is in a RUT and has been for a long time. Daryl, if you are reading this, we all care about you! You need to absolutely get off that sugar! LOve, Patty I'm so sorry that it took me so long to write you back.
