Guest guest
I googled it and I think it's TEFRA - google TEFRA, and Medicaid The TEFRA medicaid eligibility option for children with severe disabilities: a national study. Semansky RM, Koyanagi C. Westst, Inc, 1650, Research Blvd, Rockville, MD 20850, USA. Semansky@.... The Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) Medicaid Eligibility Option, also known as the Beckett Option, was developed to allow children with disabilities from near-poor and middle-income families to qualify for Medicaid. TEFRA has been available since 1982; however, little is known about the number of children served and their qualifying disability. This first national study found that 20 states enrolled nearly 25,000 children in 2001. Only 10 of these states allowed children to qualify because of a mental health disability. Additional research is needed to understand the role of TEFRA in providing insurance to children with disabilities. 2008/11/14 <mb12 valtrex > Nasal Spray MB12, Antivirals, Stan Kurtz Messages In This Digest (25 Messages) 1a. Posted by: " mvpoppins " mvpoppins@... mvpoppins Thu Nov 13, 2008 8:24 pm (PST) My son is about to start Valtrex. I'm concerned about the possible side effects. I've read that some kids go back to ground zero on them. How long do these side effects go? Should I plan on keeping him out of school for a few weeks? Should I wait to start him until Christmas vacation? Back to top Reply to sender | Reply to group | Reply via web post Messages in this topic (7) 2b. Re: valtrex side effects??? HOWEVER... Taking the valtrex produced herpes sores in his nose and all down his throat. So I know that he's a " viral kid " ...but I 'm looking into how to treat herpes and other viruses effectively but naturally. I'm currently researching L-Lysine and finding some really cool stuff. Hope this helps. God Bless,Kate________________________________To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Thursday, November 13, 2008 10:24:48 PMSubject: valtrex side effects???My son is about to start Valtrex. Mostrecently a patient required 80 days. Our son got a measles rash at day 45. The first 3 weeks were the mostinteresting around here: http://www.autismpedia.org/wiki/index.php?title=Will--penumbra--- In mb12 valtrex , " mvpoppins " wrote: >> My son is about to start Valtrex. Yes, it can be harsh. I can't remember who but someone on this list went through horrible die off for 60 days before seeing improvements (was that you, Natasa?). For us, it wasn't bad at all. He was hyper, slightly aggressive, *incredibly* whiny, sleepless and ran low grade fevers and got a couple canker sores. I think the worst part was the hyperness. He would literally run circles around me! He does that with yeast, too. It really wasn't that bad, although the whininess drove me a bit crazy. It was over in 2 weeks. We also saw gains the whole time this was happening so I wasn't exactly upset to see the die off, either. We did not see a rash although we did get the black flecks in the stool. From my experience (you're mileage may vary), I would say don't wait! Just do it now and get it going! The sooner you do it, the sooner you get through the die off and you'll have a much better Christmas! :)Cheryl~Check out my blog: http://www.gryffins-tail.blogspot.com/ > My son is about to start Valtrex.
