I have been diagnosed with fibro-even though all my blood tests have

always been normal. I went to the Mayo Clinic and UCLA when I still

had my implants in (2 yrs. ago) Both places told me I had fibro

because they had ruled out everything else. Because I had all over

pain, and normal blod work-they said that it had to be fibro.

I don't think that they have any idea what they are talking about.

Both places told me to leave my implants in, that they had nothing

to do with my health problems. I had them removed anyway, and I have

gotten much better. I still have pain, and am on pain meds.

I was hoping that someone would find something in my blodwork!

Love, Daryl

Hi Daryl,

It's good to hear from you!. . .

Fibromyalgia has long considered to be a garbage-can

diagnosis! . . . If they can't find anything else,

that's what it must be!

Fibromyalgia is one of the common results of breast

implants - I'm sure you know that!

There are a number of things you can do to feel much

better even with FM. . . First and foremost . . .

Diet! . . No sugar, refined grains, processed foods,

etc. . . Secondly . . . supplement with Magnesium.

Most of us have a deficiency there anyway! . . . Get

plenty of deep sleep! There are a number of tricks to

use, but I use a sleep prescription. . . . Theraputic

massage, painful, but very beneficial . . . Infrared

sauna - if you can't get to an infrared sauna, a

regular sauna will help too (Actually just being

outside in Vegas this time of year would probably

qualify!. . . Moderate exercise - you feel as though

you can't move, but that will only get worse unless

you force yourself to keep moving! . . . Attitude -

avoid stress, anger, and stay positive!

It's a lot to do to avoid pain, but I can vouch for it

working! . . . It's certainly better than living in

pain, or drugged by pain medications!

How's your son doing? . . . I'll bet he's really

getting big now! . . . Did you see that has had

her baby?

Hugs,

Rogene

Hi Daryl,

Sounds like what I was told. My blood work was completely normal. Nothing tested abnormally with the exception of a B12 deficiency and an elevated C-Reactive Protein. Oh, almost forgot, Epstein Barr too. All this pointed to my overwork and stress so Epstein Barr, Fibro and Chronic Fatigue made alot of sense back then. Since explant, my CRP has dropped to more a more normal level. Should be lower but it is much lower than it had been.

I was also told that since all the blood work came out normal that it had to be Fibro and the Epstein Barr making me ill as saline implants don't make you sick! ha, what a joke.daryljean35 <daryljean@...> wrote:
