Guest guest
I recently took ambien and that really helped me catch up on my sleep. They say it can be habit forming. What about the new product lunesta? I have taken melatonin, a lot of the otc sleep products, bedtime teas ect.. nothing evr really worked. I really hope I can sleep again like I used to before the implants! I think alot of that stuff makes me jittery, and I don't sleep through the night. Guest guest
One thing I have used for years is L-Tyrosine. It doesn't make you tired or sleepy but once you fall asleep it helps you to acheive a deeper sleep. It's just an amino acid, and it helped my FMS symptoms tremendously! It's also a gentle mood enhancer like St. s Wort but without any of the nasty side effects. You may want to try that as well. I acheived much better sleep on it. > I recently took ambien and that really helped me catch up on my > sleep. They say it can be habit forming. What about the new product > lunesta?
