Beth, you may want to go to your local health food store and get

some Valerian Root for sleep and you can probably find some without

additives. I would caution you though that unlike Benadryl (which is

what I use too) it can be powerful and possibly habit forming. Try a

small dose and see how you do. If you can get by on just small doses

you should be ok until you start feeling better. I need to start

thinking about all of the things I take with silica in them too...

although right now I am feeling so good and hoping it lasts.
