Guest guest
Okay, so my my soon to be practice partner and I got a lot done today... decided on a business model of LLC, picked a name, decided on a start date, etc, all be for we went or separate ways to collect our kids from school. Here are the two most pressing questions: First, in terms of the space we are looking at to rent, two rooms in a house like office building in a small town in central Maine, approx 450 sq feet total for $725 a month, including all utilities, etc. But no sinks in the rooms, and a shared bathroom down the hall. We will be sharing with a massage therapist, an office that houses a local drivers ed teacher and an office that houses a septic system designer. I will miss having a sink handy, but does this sound reasonable for others experiences? Secondly, we are trying to decide if we need a land phone line. We will plan to be one practice, but we are considering two separate phone numbers to our individual cell phones, and use a broadband wireless internet access, so we need no land line. Does this sound reasonable? From others experiences is this reasonable? Thanks, Jenn
