I know we've been over this before, but could some of you doing this style of practice remind me how you have it set up.

Just a link to your website's contract for patients would be great.

I'm thinking of those that have a monthly fee and low per visit fee to belong to the practice.

Ideal for those without insurance, possibly.

See below for a couple examples.

How does this work?

I would think they can't just jump in and out of membership - is it a 6 or 12 month plan?

Some frequent fliers would eat up things pretty quickly -- $30/month + $15/visit would only be $45 per visit if they were seen monthly.

I'm curious how the patients are looking at this type of setup -- a license to come in for every little thing?

Just curious - my current insurance negotiation with one insurance doesn't look good - so will probably be losing them.

Plus United HC is making a dent in the valley - (not signed up with them) - so lost some patients for families switching to them.

Looking for a way to attract cash pay patients - and thought this might work.

Not a full concierge type practice, but small part that might appeal to those without insurance or to those with high deductible.

I would be interested in seeing your patient contract for the plan -- offlist at -- lockecolorado@...

Qliance is doing some interesting stuff -- we've talked about them before - as I recall, they had to get some laws passed in their state to implement this.
