I second what Rogene says, contact Feng and Kolb. Dr Kolb is a

holistic doctor as well as plastic surgeon (Atlanta, GA); she

Depending on where you are, also there are other doctors, Dr. Melmed of TX

and Dr. Huang of Denver, both excellent.
