Patty, I looked at the ad. They say "not for human insertion" and "gag gift" so they got around the Ebay requirements. The ad won't be taken down. It is no use reporting them.

BUT, 'implantable medical devices' are prohibited. It doesn't specify breast implants, but surely they would be included... Plus, eBay WAS yanking this guy's auctions, so they must be prohibited items -he just keeps relisting them. They need to suspend his account.

The FDA () replied upon receipt of this information, and seemed to frown upon it as well.

It sucks that eBay only lets you click prewritten subject lines to report items, instead of having an area to type more information as to why they are being reported. Also, I can't find "live help!" I know it's on there some where, but I don't see any links for it. It says links are on prominent pages (such as "HOME")... but I don't see it.

Okay! I heard otherwise, but if we can get them down, so much the better.

I have reported to Ebay someone selling silicone implants for surgical use !!

Ebay did take that down.

I have not found anywhere where Ebay has live help. I don't think they do.

Paypal has a

phone number, but I haven't found it for Ebay.

Hi Molly !!

I used their live help when I tried to report this. But they were

not much help. They simply routed me to the item and told me to

click on " report this item " to the Trust and Safety division. When

I did that, you had to have an account.

So...if you get to the item...there is something on the page that

does say " report this item " ...but it was hard for me to find.

Live help was not very useful.

I sure would not trust it. No indication if was extracted from copra

or fresh nuts. No technical details (like melting point). The fact

that they *never* talk about eating it makes me very suspicious.

Very low price also makes me suspicious.
