Guest guest
Good Afternoon, Gee...it's 2:15pm but it only feels like 1:15 pm. ;-) Today in Kelley's Kitchen, we have: M1 Power Oatmeal (made with Vanilla PP) M2 Turkey and Swiss on WW. (EFL) M3 Bananas Style (EFL) M4 Carrot Cake Muffins M5 Grilled Filet Mignon, small baked potato, steemed Asparagus M6 Will miss...didn't get up until 11:30 a.m.!!!!!! My grand finally meal last night was sauteed soft shell crabs over pasta, and a half bottle of California Hess Collection 2000 Chardonay. It was excellent! I am always on the lookout for soft shell crabs but never seem to find them...ANYWHERE. And low and behold, my husband and I tried a new restaurant here in Cleveland and they were the special fro the night. BTW, this restaurant is truly a find. You can read a little about here: http://www.digitalcity.com/cleveland/dining/venue.adp?sbid=131468 & squery=32%3a cityids+AND+45%3avenuetypekey+AND+1042%3asubtypes & uquery=vtid%3d1%26stid%3d104 2%26type%3dvenue & skip=4 My workout today is running only. I will be running 2-3 miles tonight about 7:00 ish with my husband. It snowed last night but the snow has melted and it is about F 37 right now. Brrrrrrrr. Have a wonderful Sunday where ever you are. Guest guest
Snow! It's not allowed to snow in April, It was a nice day here and yesterday too. We actually mowed the yard for the first time this weekend. Today's meals: M1-Fortified french toast M2-Turkey Chili M3-Cottage yogurt M4-Grilled Salmon, sweet potato fries, green beans M5-Pumpkin Cheese cake We usually only get 5 meals on Sundays. I found some individual frozen salmon that doesn't have added sodium that I am going to use for my lunch so I am not tempted to go to subway. I am getting tired of my tuna or chicken with lettuce. I can heat salmon frozen in the microwave in less than 3 minutes. It was only $4 for four 4 oz filets. I'll have a small spinach salad as a veggie and throw in a carb.
