Guest guest
Dearest Renea: Honey, are you new to the group? I do not know how long it takes for women who have had saline to return to normal. In my case I had silicone with gross rupturers. Perhaps one of the other ladies will reply. As far as getting well goes it will take time. You have just been explanted and it is a bit early to expect that your pain will be gone, but it will get better, just take one day at a time. Sending love and hope...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``````` explanted June 28!! > HI, Just wondering how long it usually takes for > my breasts to fluff back out if they will? Guest guest
Congrats Renea on your explant! I was explanted on the 22nd. Mine have never really deflated, but before my surgery I was told that they would fluff in about 3-4 weeks. My Doctor also said that you should expect that it will take up to 3 months before they look like the final result. I hope they turn out the way you want them to. Guest guest
Hi, I am curious as to what medications you have taken since your removal surgery. Would you mind sharing that information with me. This would include all pain meds, vitimans, natural heeling meds and perscriptions. If thats to personal I understand, Thanks Lana >From: " Renea " <jra83@...> >Reply- > >Subject: explanted June 28!! >Date: Mon, 04 Jul 2005 15:25:02 -0000 > >HI, Just wondering how long it usually takes for >my breasts to fluff back out if they will? Guest guest
Hi Renea, I also have saline implants which will be taking a hike on 7/22/05. I hope you will notice great improvement. I figure if I see someone who had saline get better then I will have a chance for my joint pain to go away as well. Much love being sent your way and hopes for a fantastic recovery. Guest guest
Dear Renea, Congradulations on getting those toxic bags out! . . . It will take as long as six months before what you see is what you get. Don't get discouraged. In the meantime, drink a lot of pure water, rest, and, when the bandages come off, wear a snug but comfortable sports bra 24/7. You may need to do some detoxing - start with NO sugar or processed foods . . . No coffee . . . No refined grains. . . Taking a probiotic like Fungal Defense, followed by Primal Defense will get you off to a good start. Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
Hi Renea, Did you have your implants under the muscle or over? Mine were under and the fluffing was pretty much immediate. As soon as I took the bandages off I was surprised at how good they looked. I wasn't really expecting much just to get better. As far as the healing time, it really differs with everyone. I believe that the longer you have had them in, the longer it will take to fully recover. Also you have to take factors into consideration like, did they leak, rupture, etc? I had mine for a little over 8 years. Some of my symptoms disappeared immediately but I'm still battling with the fatigue and body aches. I just woke up from a 5 hour nap. This was a very bad day for me. That was the normal before I had them removed but the normal now is about 2 hours. I wish you luck and give it some time to heal. Beth S. Guest guest
Hi, ditto there...I was explanted June 7th...there is slight improvement, but I was told not to look at them for 3 months. I am returning to Dallas to have one breast aspirated because there is some fluid retention...I was reluctant to have it done by someone else even though it's a pretty easy procedure. I guess we have to wait it out, but now I'm pretty uncomfortable in my padded bras etc....I hope it fills out a bit. Guest guest
Renea, did you have your implants removed en bloc? A full capsulectomy?
Guest guest
Renea It can take several weeks to a few months for your breasts to look like they did before implants. Mine was at least a month. So relax on that one. Have you thought about doing some detoxing yet? What are your symptoms and have any of them improved yet? NOt everyone notices an instant improvement. Everyone is different so please keep that in mind. Hugs, kathy > HI, Just wondering how long it usually takes for > my breasts to fluff back out if they will? They > look very deformed to me.
