Guest guest
Honey, I still get this strange feeling, but it is so much better now. Yesterday, I just felt so strange, had to bring me home. I still have dizzy spells, but mostly when I overdue it. Just give yourself time, most all of these symptoms will go away. We all seem to have eye problems, but they will get better too. Sending lots of love...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``` Lightheadedness and weird feeling in head sometimes... > Has anyone else had it take a long time for the > lightheadedness/dizziness to resolve after explantation? Guest guest
GT, If you can get the use of an infrared sauna, it will help with peripheral neuropathy. My daughter is an occupational therapist working with Alzheimer's patients. . . She tells me that scientific studies have shown infrared therapy to be beneficial for PN in as little as one treatment! My PN is much, much better. At one time I tried acupuncture. . . The therapist could fill my feet with needles and I never flinched. She was amazed. Now my feet are ticklish! The lightheadness/dizziness may take time to resolve. Be sure you are on a good diet, drinking plenty of water, getting enough deep sleep . . .and avoiding stress. If you'll keep a brief journal of how you feel from day to day, and the detox programs you are working, what you're doing, you may be able to find out what is causing some of the problems . . . And . . .when you have those down times, you will be able to look back and see how far you've come. When do you move to LV? Guest guest
Hi, I have weird vision problems too. Sometimes my eyelids even feel numb. My vision problems are alot better than the lightheadedness/dizziness though. I will try to remain positive. I am still on antifungals and feeling not so great but am trying to get through the protocol. When I am finished and have tried to clean out my liver and bowel some I will let everyone know if it helped me and how much. Guest guest
GT, Just keep going forward one step at a time. . . I'm sure the stress of the anticipated move is playing on you! . . . It's hard not to get stressed with all the changes going on. There is a psycological test that measures stress. Aylene is probably familiar with it. . . Each significant life event is given a number of points, regardless of whether the event is positive or negative. When the points are totaled, it can be predicted that the people with the higher number of points are more likely to experience health problems. The key is to learn to manage stress as much a possible . . . Ask yourself a few questions as to whether it really matters, will affect your future or your health, etc. . . If not, try to find a way to minimize the amount of energy you put into stressful matters. It's not easy . . . But then, being sick is even harder. Guest guest
Hello again, I know exactly what you mean. I am going to buy an infrared sauna soon. I need to find out who makes the best ones and then figure out which room in my house I can put it in. I am assuming that they look like the other saunas made out of wood. Have a great holiday... Guest guest
GT, You can see photos of the sauna by just doing a search for " infrared saunas " . . . There are a variety of them . . . but basically, they are either upright wood boxes, or horizontal shells. I have a two person HealthMate. - I'd hate to share it with anyone as sweaty as I get . . . But I would like to be able to lay down. One of the women bought a horizontal sauna, I think through Ebay . . . she wasn't at all happy with it! They actually generate very little heat, compared to dry or steam saunas, so it's not going to have big effect on your AC or your electric bill. Guest guest
Hi I am going in order so maybe she replied to this already, but I know that the woman who started this group, Patty, had brain fog and dizziness that was her last symptom to leave. She definitely had these symptoms past two years. I think it now gone for almost all the time, just maybe coming back for very short periods now and then. So keep detoxing and I think eventually it will be almost a thing of the past.
