Guest guest
Hi Patty, Well, I still have numbness and tingling in my face. My foot and the twitches are much better. I think I may have permanent nerve damage, but won't really know for some time. I think because I got sick so quickly and it was so severe that is the reason. I am not saying this to discourage anyone, and if you look at where I was two years ago, I feel like a walking miracle. I am still doing the sauna, it is truly wonderful, am using the one at my gym. I am exercising almost every day, am really working the muscles and tissues. When I first started, I broke out in a fungal rash which is now better, so that just goes to show you how nasty this stuff is. I remember when you fasted and would periodically have a rash. I am taking some multivitamins, fish oil, probiotics, not a lot of things, but good supplements that I think will help. hugs, Beth > Beth, > It's great to hear from you! Guest guest
Beth it is good to hear that you are still doing well! And that you like your sauna so much. I tend to rotate what I am doing and will probably be getting back to using my sauna again soon. Why do you think you got the fungal rash? I know that when I hit antifungals hard, I tend to get more candida symptoms--especially vaginal yeast. I always assume it is some kind of weird herx thing because it always happens. Do you think that is what happened to you? the numbness and tingling may be there for along time and someday just fade away without you even being aware of it. Wouldn't that be nice?
