Hi ,

I also started with Diflucan and am now following the Rockwell protocol. Diflucan is great for killing the yeast but it does nothing to replenish the good bacteria. According to Rockwell, this takes about a year of being diligent on the diet and supplementation. I’m not great at the diet in the summer because most fruits are to be avoided. :(

Kenda

thanks kenda, but I started with Diflucan and now am on the fungal

defense which will be follwed by primal. I will wait and see how I am

after the whole protocol before deciding whther I need more. : )

Oh, Kenda, that is exactly my problem. I love fresh fruit, especially

cherries, berries, nectarines, etc. I have more fungal problems in the summer.

Hi Lynda,

Me too and I refuse to cut back on them because the season is so short in Oklahoma. I’m taking more fungal products now. :)
